What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
Simply enter your email address on this form, and we will email you your password.
How can I edit my details in my account?
From within the members area of the site, select 'Login Settings' from the left hand navigation.
How do I close my account?
Accounts not used for more than 12 months will be automatically deleted so simply do nothing.

Orders
How do I know if my product is in stock?
We endeavour to keep all items in stock at all times. We may substitute an equivalent product where we are reasonably able. Please remember that with 4 retail shops we do sometimes have to collate orders from different locations. On very rare occasions we may not be able to supply immediately in which case we will contact you.
Do you have my product in stock?
We hold as much stock as we can, however with popular items there will be times when we are out of stock.
I work for a school, college or university do I follow the same order process?

Delivery
How do I change my delivery address?
You add multiple delivery addresses to your address book, any of which you can select when ordering. To add a new delivery address, select 'Address Book' from the left hand navigation from within the members area.
Can I collect from store?
Yes, to collect from store please change your 'country' in your basket to the top option in the drop down list 'collect from store'. Then select your store from the list below

Can I change my delivery address once I have made my order?
Yes we can do this manually, please contact us on +44 (0)1638 672402 to inform us of the address change. Sorry but we cannot change the delivery address associated with your order/invoice details that are held in the ecommerce payment system

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo & Delta.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery within the mainland UK is shown in the basket, it is often free, outside the mainland UK please select your country. If your country does not appear please contact the Helpline

This site is secured by Verisign, VISA and MasterCard SecureCode.
What payment service providers do you use?
Google Checkout, PayPal and Protx are the payment service providers we use.

Returns & Refunds
How do I get a refund for an item brought online?
As long as you cancel your order prior to dispatch, any money you have paid will be refunded in full. Orders cancelled after dispatch may be returned to us in their original packaging within 14 days for a full refund, excluding delivery costs; or an exchange.
How do I get a refund for an item brought in store?
Please return it to a store with your proof of purchase.
How do I exchange goods delivered?
The goods need to be in their original condition with all original packaging, then may be returned to us in their original packaging within 14 days for an exchange
What is the returns policy for gifts?
Providing goods are returned in the original packaging and within 28 days a full refund will be given. Returns for anything other than faulty items will be at the cost to the customer. Please inform the Helpline if you are sending a gift.
