Returns & Refunds

You may cancel your order 24 hours prior to despatch and any money you have paid will be refunded in full. The only exception is if you have ordered an item that has been manufactured for you, or for items designed to your own specification.

Orders cancelled after despatch may be returned to us in their original condition (together with all original packaging) within 14 days for full refund or exchange.

Please note that in these cases the carriage charge is non-refundable.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
