This took place at our Colchester shop on 9th February 2019
Janie Pirie was in the Colchester store on Saturday teaching a free two hour taster session. She focused on drawing grapes as they are small and a great starting point for someone new to coloured pencil. The students were taught about the best paper to use for coloured pencils and how to use and blend them.
Taster sessions are a great way to test out our workshops at Colchester. They are perfect for someone quite new to art and a bit nervous to start out. The sessions are free and are only two hours so you are not totally overwhelmed by attending a whole day course.
We do not currently have any more taster sessions booked but we will definitely be organising more in the future, keep checking out the blog for updates.
