Susan Boddy was with us in Colchester
looking at atmosphere and tone in watercolour landscapes. Susan spent a lot of
time demonstrating for the students and speaking about colour mixing and the
students then worked on Bockingford paper for their practise pieces and Arches
paper for their end pieces.

Here are the students at the end of the
day with their brilliant paintings!

Susan has a couple more workshops coming up with us on
Saturday  16th March – Wet
into Wet Flowers in Acrylic Inks and Saturday 30th March –
Introducing Mixed Media into Watercolour but will then be taking a break from teaching
with us until later in the year.
