Seascapes in Pastel with Jane Fellows

Learn to create beautiful, atmospheric seascapes using a variety of textural techniques. Pastel artist, Jane Fellows will introduce you to the versatility and brilliant colour of soft pastels.  As well as advice on composing your painting you will learn how to manipulate the medium in interesting ways to produce mood and energy within your painting.  A combination of blending, scumbling, shading and linear marks will be used.  Students will also be encouraged to mix pastels with other painting mediums for a dynamic, expressive finish.
