In this art workshop, Ron will teach you how to draw impressive, realistic portraits in faber-castell Matt graphite pencil. Working from your own photograph or those provided, you’ll learn to draw using a grid and a lightbox, as well as receiving useful tips and tricks from Ron, who will walk you through from a rough line drawing to your final piece. You’ll familiarise with pencil grades and their uses, capturing values with shading, mark making and, how to use your eraser to achieve different effects. A must for those wanting to master portraiture and command of the humble yet amazing graphite pencil. Materials are Provided for this class.
