For most of her life Mo has been painting in watercolour and adding mixed media to expand her work.  She has found art journalling has helped her mental health and her work towards a peaceful  mind. 

Some of  Mo’s own art journals will be available you to browse for inspiration if needed, or jump straight in! Learning new techniques and using mixed media and text from old books, the day will be full of fun, enthusiasm and encouragement.  

Mo’s aim is for you to leave with the confidence to make a journal of your own and find some time for yourself .
